Open REFramework ingame menu
Set which item you want to use under Script Generated UI > Auto Item Buff
How to install:
Install REFramework
Download Fluffy Mod Manager and unzip it
Download the mod and place the zip under “FluffyManager\Games\MonsterHunterWilds\Mods” without extraction
Enable the mod in Fluffy Mod Manager
