Graffiti Mod V1.0

Graffiti.Mod – Tag the World of Schedule I! (Early Release)

Hey everyone!

I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to share my very first mod: Graffiti.Mod for Schedule I!
I’ve been tinkering with this project on and off for the past month whenever I could find the time. The goal was to bring a bit of custom art to the game, allowing you to leave your mark on the city.

What This Mod Currently Offers:

Spray Cans: Purchase spray cans from in-game shops (check out Dan’s Hardware Store!).

Tagging Mechanics: Equip your can, find a suitable wall, and hold down your mouse button to spray targets. A UI will show your remaining paint, and a custom cursor will guide you.

Police Awareness: Be careful where you spray! If the cops spot you in the act, they’ll be alerted.

Basic Mission System: After completing a few tags, you might get a call for a special graffiti job. Answer a payphone to accept or decline. These missions come with objectives, rewards, and time limits. An on-screen display will show you tracked active mission.

Persistence: Your tags will save, so your artwork will remain across game sessions.(Work in progress)

(Optional) Customization: You can add your own graffiti images. Check the README for details!

An Important Note About This Release:

Honestly, I had a lot more planned for this mod and didn’t intend to release it this soon. However, with the recent news that Tyler (the awesome developer of Schedule I) is planning to add an official graffiti system to the game, I decided to share what I have so far in its current early stage. I figured some of you might enjoy playing around with it before the official content drops!

Please Be Aware:

Early Stage & Limited Features: This is very much an “early access” version of the mod. The features are basic and not as fleshed out as I originally envisioned.

Bugs Expected: There are definitely bugs and things that might not be working fully or correctly for everyone. I’ve done my best, but as a first-time modder, there’s a learning curve!

Co-op Untested: I haven’t had a chance to test this in co-op at all, so its functionality in multiplayer is unknown.

Stored Item Visuals: The way spray cans appear when stored in containers (not your inventory) is currently disabled to prevent issues, so they might not have a 3D model in world storage.
