InZOI’s Latest Update Brings Realism, Depth, and Surprising Twists to Gameplay

With its latest update, InZOI has seriously stepped up its game. From expanded career options and rich social interactions to relationship dynamics and even jail time, the new features inject a whole new level of depth and realism. Whether you’re into storytelling, roleplay, or simply managing your Zoy’s chaotic life, there’s something fresh to discover.

Here are 10 standout features that caught our attention.

1. Pocket Market Services: Life’s a Tap Away

One of the first new things you’ll notice is the Pocket Market (P Market) on your Zoy’s smartphone. This in-game app now lets you order full meals, ingredients, coffee, and hire household help.

Need a cleaner, a babysitter, or someone to fix your busted fridge? You’ve got two service tiers: a budget-friendly basic option or a pricier premium one. Once booked, the service worker shows up at your door, and you can choose to welcome them—or ghost them. Ignoring them might ding your karma, though.

Speaking of appliances: fridges, TVs, ovens—yeah, they break. A lot. Fixing them yourself? Risky. Zoys can die during botched repairs, so the fix-it service is kind of essential unless you’re feeling brave.

2. Flexible Career Paths and Work-Life Balance

Gameplay Features6

Career options have exploded. You can join the fire department, become a lawyer at Ustitia, a journalist for The Mirror of the Era, a game dev at DW Soft, or even dive into esports with DG.

What’s more, you can customize your work schedule. Use the in-game slider to shorten or extend your workday. Just be mindful—shorter hours mean slower promotions, but it’s a game-changer for players who want more time for personal stuff.

3. Smarter Social Interactions

Gameplay Features7

Talking to other Zoys is way more intuitive now. The social menu is neatly categorized, making conversations smoother and less confusing.

Some options are locked behind key icons, meaning you’ll need to build rapport before diving into topics like relationship status or personality traits. Ask too much too soon, and your Zoy might come off as a creep. Take your time, build the vibe, and you’ll unlock deeper connections.

4. Personal Actions: A Solo Zoy Experience

Gameplay Features8

Click on your Zoy and explore a bunch of solo actions. Instantly switch outfits, from seasonal wear to formal looks, or strut your stuff and spark rumors.

Need directions? Lost in the city? Spray mosquito repellent, call for help dramatically, or snap pics in first-person mode. Your karma level even affects what you can do on social media, like posting compliments or shady remarks on Bubbly.

These small touches make the world feel reactive and lived-in.

5. Visual Filters for Any Mood

Gameplay Features9

If you’re not feeling InZOI’s realistic look, visual filters offer a total vibe shift. Options include:

  • Lovely – Brighter colors

  • Cartoon – Stylized with bold outlines

  • Thriller – Gritty and dramatic

  • Retro, Fisheye, Miniature, Black & White

The thriller filter in particular turns your life sim into something that feels more like Blade Runner. Perfect if you’re after a more surreal or cinematic playthrough.

6. Event Creation Gets an Upgrade

Gameplay Features10

Throwing parties and hosting events now feels more intentional. Create your own event, name it, pick a location, set a dress code, and invite whoever you want.

Using scripted actions, you can get everyone dancing, playing games, or helping clean the house. It’s not perfect—some interactions feel too mechanical—but it’s a solid base for immersive events and custom stories.

7. Proposals and Romance Reimagined

Gameplay Features11

Love is in the air! Build up a strong relationship, and you’ll unlock the option to propose. No cutscenes yet—just a clean pop-up—but the romance system has gotten smarter.

Want to set the mood? Move close to a bed. If your Zoys are into each other, a glowing red heart appears. After a few moments, they’ll finish their private moment and do a cute little happy dance.

8. Wedding Day Your Way

Gameplay Features12

Once engaged, it’s time to plan the wedding. Set the venue, invite your guests, pick a dress code, and use the scripted event system to run the ceremony.

Your Zoy can walk down the aisle, give speeches, exchange rings, and snap pics at the photo booth. Want different lighting? You can change the time of day. Afterward, merge households, decide who lives where, and divvy up your funds. It’s functional, fun, and super customizable.

9. Divorce: When Love Turns Sour

Gameplay Features13

Not all stories have a fairytale ending. If things go south, your Zoy can start fights, yell, tease, and generally make life miserable for their partner.

Eventually, you’ll unlock the option to file for divorce. If your spouse resists, keep pushing. When it’s done, you’ll get a notification: “Divorced.” That’s it—clean break. Harsh, but realistic.

10. Jail Time: Actions Have Consequences

Gameplay Features14

Being a menace now has actual consequences. Slap someone in public, start a fight near cops, or heckle the wrong Zoy, and you might get hauled off to jail.

Once inside, you’re locked up for 24 in-game hours with a bed, toilet, and vending machine. At 9 AM the next day, you’re released with a reminder that crime doesn’t pay. Unless, of course, you find a secret way to break out…

Final Thoughts

With these additions, InZOI is shaping up to be a deeply engaging life sim with personality and edge. Whether you want to live out a chill day-to-day story, build relationships, or explore the dark side of your Zoy, there’s something here for every type of player.

And who knows what other secrets the game is hiding?
