I’m here to share my second creation! ✨
Once again it’s based on GTA V, it’s Franklin Mansion!
I discovered while building it that there where almost half of it being empty space, so I added 3 bedrooms and bathrooms so it’s now a rich family luxury villa!
You can place it in Bliss Bay – 510 Palm Tree Avenue. I used the exterior space for a huge garden and play area for kids and adults.

Bedroom for teenager, bedroom for child, adult bedroom (franklin), garage, exterior space + pool
Bedroom for adult, living space, creator studio
