With the April 10th, 2025 update to Schedule 1, a brand-new location has been added: Mick Lubbin’s Pawn Shop at Hyland Point. Instead of tossing out your old gear, you now have the option to sell it—and maybe even make a bit of your money back. In this guide, we’ll walk you through where to find the shop, how to sell your items, and how to deal with Mick’s sometimes unpredictable schedule.
Where to Find the Pawn Shop
Mick’s Pawn Shop is located on the west side of the map, just past the overpass. Specifically, it’s on the eastern end of the bridge connecting Northtown to Westville, where police checkpoints occasionally pop up. If you head south from the Motel Room toward the docks, you’ll spot the shop on your right—just before you reach the Warehouse.
Selling Your Gear
The shop is open daily from 6 AM to 6 PM. To sell your items, walk into the shop and press E to speak with Mick. Then choose:

From there, you can move items from your inventory to Mick’s. But don’t expect a simple transaction. Each item will show a price range rather than a fixed amount, and you’ll see a Start button—this kicks off the negotiation process.
Mick will evaluate your item and make an offer. You can accept it, or counter with your own price. This triggers a back-and-forth negotiation where you’ll want to keep an eye on the Temper Bar on the left. Push too hard, and Mick might throw a punch instead of cash.
A good rule of thumb? Start with a counteroffer somewhere in the middle of the suggested range. That way, you can gauge Mick’s mood and adjust accordingly. And remember—you don’t have to take the first deal he agrees to. You can keep negotiating to try for a better offer.
Troubleshooting: Mick Doesn’t Show Up
Mick has a reputation for being unreliable. While Patch v0.3.4f8 was supposed to fix his schedule, you might still find the shop empty during business hours. If that happens, try using the settime Console Command to manually change the in-game time to somewhere between 6 AM and 6 PM. You may need to try a few different times, but this usually gets Mick to show up.
